Refund & Cancellation

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the warehouse/vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Conscience does not accept cancellation requests for items which have been used by the customer. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

The refund process will be initiated through NEFT. And the duration for refund will be 10 working days.

Conscience reserves all rights to cancel any order for any reason. Orders may be cancelled by us for the following reasons:

1) Unavailability of the product
2) Errors in the details provided (us or customer)
3) Problems identified by Credit and Fraud Avoidance department

In case the customer feels that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the customer's expectations, the customers are kindly requested to bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into the complaint will take an appropriate decision.
