Terms and Conditions
We would entertain the Product return only after recieving mail from the customer.
We do not accept any returns after 30 days of receiving the shipment.
All products should be returned in original condition with Invoice & tags , intact as attached in the product. Presence of original Invoice / tags is a must to accept returns.
Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
Refund on Returns
At any point of time the refunds will not be entertained for any purchase, and it would be issued only as Credit Notes which is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue.
We will not refund the custom duties & taxes, if applicable, or paid by the customers at time of receiving the goods.
In case, of orders with free shipping, shipping cost of resending product would be deducted while sending the credit note / Alternative products.
